We regularly perform injections under guidance for hip, knee and shoulder complaints. Experience in injecting all peripheral joints is preferred. 

We offer three dedicated procedural rooms with high def US capabilities that also cater to diagnostic and research uses. 

We offer a sub-specialty division in our physiotherapy teams with expertise in various MSK problems.

EVOLUTO Health will be the first clinic of its kind to offer a truly comprehensive MSK sub-specialty service. We feel confident that we have the necessary knowledge and skills to manage a broad range of complex MSK disorders from soft tissue therapy to sports medicine management.

We encourage direct collaboration with sub-specialty physio and a streamlined referral process to ensure patients are supported with continuous care. 

Sub-specialty MSK physio offers region specific rehabilitation of persistent or complex disorders that often requires senior clinical experience, detailed clinical examinations and a sound understanding of imaging, injection therapy and surgical options. 

These clinicians regularly collaborate with sports medicine and can assist with strategic treatment plans involving multi-disciplinary care.

Access to dietetics and performance nutrition can be pivotal for many patients. This includes dietary changes for inflammatory disorders, joint care and athletic nutrition - we believe in the synergistic effects of nutrition with respect to optimal MSK care.

Our clinic space is ideal for teaching with modern and spacious facilities including a professional development boardroom and a large open plan space. We can accommodate different teaching needs with open and closed treatment areas.

We encourage regular professional development focused on problematic regional MSK disorders, often identified in sub-specialty MSK physio. This may include updates from key clinical studies, literature reviews, in-house education sessions or pilot projects.

We also provide specialist Q&A sessions and diagnostic MSK training as part of our professional development process.

A key component of building our clinical expertise will be ongoing in-house research to develop better insights into common clinical problems. We hope to link with our academic partners in formulating larger research designs as clinical patterns and questions emerge.

These insights will translate into multiple uses, from designing clinical tests, to testing new patient protocols and generating both internal and published research.
