We believe that great soft tissue therapy can make a world of difference to patient recovery. We know that massage can be therapeutic in many ways from specific muscle and fascial release, through to lymphatic drainage and whole body relaxation.

We believe great soft tissue therapists listen to their clients, can modify technique and pressure, work collaboratively with a health care team and build a steady following of clients.

Great therapists are adaptable with their techniques, use different mediums and tools. They also posses an optimistic attitude, excellent communication skills and act in a professional and pleasant manner.

Our therapists are always working to improve their technical skills. Whether it be a new style of massage, working with physiotherapy clients or offering recommendations based on their soft tissue assessment.

Direct referral is encouraged between our physio and soft tissue clinicians to ensure our patients receive excellent care and comprehensive support. This provides even more opportunity for professional development and extending your understanding of many different MSK disorders. 

We understand that massage therapy requires strong stamina and fitness.  We believe in offering an ideal work life-balance with a clinical week of up to 30 hours, excellent remuneration and working in a positive and professional setting. We do prefer full time clinicians, however we can sometimes accommodate part time positions.
